2010 and 2011 Tax Returns
2010 and 2011 W-2
Two years employment history
One month current paystubs
Two months bank statements: checking, savings, investment. Showing funds for down payment and closing cost
Two years of residential history
Copy of driver’s license and social security card
Divorce Decree and/or Child Support order (if applicable)
DD214 (for VA loan only)
